I had bought a bunk bed from IKEA a week ago and asked if they could set it up for me. Seems like a basic task right? Wrong!! they made me use this app to hire someone which seemed simple enough except for the fact that I have had 5 people cancel on me this whole week and now I’m stuck sleeping on a sofa due to the fact that I can’t find a tasker that sticks to their word and they don’t even have a number to contact their live chat takes so long for them to answer. Such a cumbersome app would not recommend at all
