It’s always hard to find people to handle jobs around the house. This app is easy to use and the individuals on the platform are great. I’ve hired the same guy twice and am so happy with his work. This app is amazing

Horrible to an extent

I was a tasker and had a few jobs, had fair prices which were on the low side and even managed to get some tips and awesome reviews. All is well until a nice lady asked me to move a few things and once I was finished she complained on me and task rabbit took my profile down and did an investigation, apparently she wasn’t even planning on paying me for that small job and incredibly double sided and devious. What I’m trying to say is that YOU managers at task rabbit believe one incredibly inaccurate comment on me and disregard my other reviews and don’t ask other clients I had and just take my illustrative career out of the picture. Why give so much power to clients that ruins the provider side and makes things hectic!? And I bet a lot of good money that I won’t be the last that lady would complain about. Sometimes there are just mean people out there.

Neighborhood APP a neighbor recommended TaskRabbit, I had never heard of the APP. Was considering upgrading some faucets, the APP made it easy with good feedback from customers. Booked the appointment even before I bought the new faucets. The service exceeded my expectations. Thanks for making it seamless.

I’ve used the service 3 times and have been very pleased with the jobs done and I will use it again. But this app is horrible and I’ve not been able to schedule as many jobs as I would like to due to the app freezing, not letting me chat and more. Pleas improve the app!

I love the concept of on demand repairs. My suggestions include: 15% “trust and support fee”. Since this is mandatory you should build it into the rate when searching for taskers. The chat with taskers is a bit cumbersome to find. Is there a possible way to make it more seem less to communicate? Thank you & best wishes!
