Ive tried a few task managers. The basic idea is straightforward but fir me this is the one that hits the magic balance that makes me actually want to use it every day. Attractive but not childish looking, simple but with good options, easy to adjust for needs. I'm managing multiple personal and professional projects right now. I don't have a lot of margin for error and this app helps me stay on track.

After Astrid went away ?, I thought I'd never find a To-Do list app to my liking. I searched, installed, tried out, to no avail. When I figured I would try one more before giving up my search, I tried TaskLabels. I. Love. It. I can have multiple lists AND I can share them. That was a must. I hope TaskLabels sticks around for a long time! Thank you for making my day more manageable. ??

This app is a great replacement for the default reminders app that comes with the iPhone. You can organize tasks in different folders, or labels. I recommend.
My dream multi-view GTD task list app does exist!

This is the app I have been searching for for years. It is beautiful, easy to use and a hundred times better than wunderlist and ALL of the other task apps I've tried. If you are a visual person- you will love this. You can see your tasks in a bunch of different ways: regular list form, by types of tasks (call/do/research), on a calendar, and in what resembles a mind map. This is so genius and it works so well for days when you want to see the big picture or days when you just want to see the calendar and know what you will have to do for the next few days. Entering tasks is really easy and you have the option to set reminders if you want. Even better is the fact that there's a web option so if you have a huge project or multiple tasks and don't feel like typing on your phone, you can just log in. I am so glad that app exists. It works beautifully.
