Task Labels is the first app that I found worthy of paying for and the first app worthy of writing a review for. I've always kept notebooks full of to-do lists, but no more! Task Labels is as portable as my phone. Task Labels gives the ability to assign tasks by priority, label, and due date. The label view helps me to see the big-goals. The calendar view helps me to see the everyday nitty gritty. The reoccurring tasks helps me remember things like giving my dog her Rx everyday. I love keeping up with my progress and the green dots on the calendar view showing a task completed are satisfying. Task Labels isn't for every list-I keep my grocery list on Google Keep. Task Label probably wouldn't work great for a large shared project (try Trello). However, Task Labels has been a life changer. I am more organized, forget less, and get more things done for work, my family, and myself (w/o being overwhelmed). Thank you Task Labels for providing a great product that is easy to use, glitch-free, and worth the fee. Edited: After a year of use, I am still loving this app. A useful addition would be the ability to swipe right to move tasks to the next day, or week. Swipe left allows for the easy delete of a task - swipe right would be a great addition to avoid opening a task and manually changing a date.

I use the free version, as my lists are small. Didn’t realize how much use it &I love it until I got a new iPad and there was a problem with downloading the app. Really love the syncing from the iPad to the phone.

I rely on this everyday to keep my agenda in order. It works fine most of the time, but occasionally when I try to drag one task to a different spot on the list, it refuses to move it, so I have to restart my iPod to get it to work again.

Sad to hear this app will be going away in fall 2019. Among the plethora of task management apps on the market, this was the perfect combo of simple/quick to use while also offering flexibility to tweak to my specific needs. To the dev team: nice work on this and good luck with your next project.

Crashing?

The app takes me to fb to let me know that i don’t have access then crashes. I updated and it’s still doing that. My life is in shambles without it. I wish i could at least view it to get the bill reminders written down. Took me foreverrr to set up. Hopefully this fixes soon!

I am a list fanatic. I have notebooks filled with every type of list under the sun! Literally from daily routine list to movies I’d love to watch to present ideas for my wife after she mutters one in the car. I love list! This app takes all those list that were taking up notebook pages and organizes them into a single place. I now have all my list on me. Could this app have some additional features? Sure! No productivity app is going to cover ever need you ever wanted. Developers have to have a idea and stick to it. This is not a catch all. What does this app provide? A simple and easy interface that lets you organize and maintain multiple list. I can not recommend this app enough. To insure there are no surprises to anyone, it does come with a $25 dollar subscription fee if you want to be able to write unlimited list. This isn’t for everyone, but I do subscribe. I use this app literally every day. So I need the ability to write down however much I want, but the free version will cover enough for most people! You don’t have to pay! Now, if you are still reading this review and I doubt many are, I’ll restate it again. This list has a easy to use interface and provides a great place to organize all the list you have in your life. The ability to access you account on a computer is a added benefit! I strongly recommend this app!
