Couldn't get past the login

Might be a good app, I can't tell. It makes you create an account before you can get in. I used the login-with-Facebook option. Then it asked for a screen name. No matter how many I tried, with nothing but letters and numbers like I was directed, I just got an error. There are too many other choices of task managers to mess with this one anymore...

Good app... Could be much better

Overall, I love the feel and vibe of this app. It has many features that other apps of its type don't have. The major things I enjoy are the calendar, the labels, and time remaining meter. It's also a great task manager for both work and play since it's not cold and sterile like a business app but not so simplistic its useless. Ultimately, it makes the daily things fun while still being functional. I wish I could leave my review at that but there are a few things I need to mention. I've listed a few below. I will whole-heartedly give this app a five-star rating if these issues are fixed. Text Alignment: This is a minor issue, but the text does not align properly with the progress circle. It's awkwardly positioned and simply doesn't look right. However, when I see the tasks in the pictures, the text is beautifully aligned. It could be a minor bug, I guess. It's not the worst thing, but it is very awkward. I have a version of IOS 10. Recurring Tasks: The next thing I noticed was that repeating tasks, although handy, are not very clear. Unlike other completed tasks, repeating tasks never have a green checkmark. They also do not show a green dot in the calendar once completed. I suppose this is because the task is simply rescheduled and never actually "completed". This has been very confusing for me since I have several tasks that require a recurrence. Also, since I rarely complete tasks from the "Today's Tasks" tab, it's difficult to see which are actually done for the day and which are not since only non-recurring tasks show as complete. Basically, my task list never looks complete even when it is. Also, the due date is not very helpful since it doesn't list the day or time. The other problem I have with the recurring tasks is that they are very limited. You are given a specific set of options to choose from but often my needs are not met with any of the options. For instance, what if I need to have a task that repeats on Mondays and Wednesdays? The only way to get this option is to create two different tasks with different recurring days. But if you have a task that repeats four days of the week, you have to create four different tasks. This can be very time consuming if you need to create a task quickly, or even edit it. It also takes up a lot of unnecessary space. Overdue Tasks: Time doesn't seem to affect when a task is overdue since tasks will not show as overdue when the due date has passed. This means if I have a report due at 10am today, the task won't get marked as overdue until 12am tomorrow. Personally, I feel anything past the due date and time should be marked overdue, not just marked overdue the next day. Reminders: The reminders aren't as effective as I'd like because you can't set a specific time--only minutes, hours, and days. So let's say I have a meeting on Aug 10 but I want a reminder the day before. Um, how many days is that? I don't want to pull out my calendar and count the days just to set a reminder for a task. Even if you knew how many days away it was, you can still only set either minutes, hours, or days, but no combination of the three. Essentially, if I wanted to set a reminder an hour before my meeting on Aug 10th, I'd have to count the hours from today until then. Alternatively, the current reminder system is great for laundry or any other task that isn't time sensitive. Personally, I'd love to have the option to choose which type of reminder I wanted to use for different tasks. Anyways, those are the major gripes I have about the app. I hope these issues are updated because I love this app and want to use it more frequently. If these issues are fixed, you will definitely make a subscriber out of me.

Crashes

Pfaffette530

It crashes a lot, and I just deleted my previous to do list with all my things on it, so I have no way of pulling up my lists when this keeps crashing.

Help to take app to the next level

Deon4234

The app is good but what would make it great is an option to automatically archive the completed tasks A notification number on my apple screen Fingerprint access instead of just the number code After those additions i feel the app will be perfect

Perfect for college students✔️

Have been looking for such an app and finally i got it!! Thank you Taskmanager ???

Not that great, just ok

daKarmelKing

Its free, so I tried it out for a few weeks. If you are looking for somewhere to annotate something now&then get it. But if you are serious about order, tasking, tracking, and the use of date time stamp, forget this App....there are better like Errands, Days, gTasks and the all mighty Evernote.

Awesome App

Ziggadydog

I have another Task app that I really like but when I ran accross this one I liked it so much I replaced my first one. This is the best task app yet, (and I have tried a few). Very easy to input items. If you need to organize your life, this is a MUST HAVE app. One change that would be nice would be when you complete a task, for that task to automatically go into a seperate "Label" called completed or something. I know there is a way to "Delete" all the completed tasks but would be nice for it to go to a seperate place just for Completed Tasks.

Great app

SlpCarrie

This is a great app. The only thing I would change is that I would like more options for how regularly reminders repeat, such as every other week, or the first and third Wednesday of a month. Otherwise, this app is a great way to organize all of my different to do lists

The best most flexible TODO list and more

Steve Mac since 1989

This is it, I've tried dozens of others. Finally the functionality of DayMaker for the Mac (back to 1993)-tasks that you can label with multiple categories. What a clear, straightforward and practical interface. I can quickly type or dictate a task, then choose one, two or more labels (categories) so that I can classify this task. For example my company needs to pay a bill. I create this todo task and label it under company and under finance. I can assign a priority, I may wish to put it under yet a third label– let's say "today". All is possible! In addition I can add other users so that the task lists are all coordinated. And for someone like myself who is often on a Mac, PC or somewhere without my own personal computer, this program syncs to the web with the touch of a button. Easy to use, fast, clear and powerful! The instructions, the help is well written. And technical support via eMailing the company is brilliant. You feel like you're part of the team. Highly recommended and it sounds like this program is only going to get better and better. Five stars.

Loving this app-goodbye sticky notes

StyleStoring

I am amazed at how great this app is and how user friendly is. I can sync my tasks in all my devices. Gone are the days of multiple lists and sticky notes everywhere. Love it! It is exactly what I was looking for.
