I was looking for a replacement for a dying PDA and was considering a tablet at the same time. I wanted an app to do my task tracking that was independent of the device and would be mobile. I needed to be able to optionally put due dates on tasks, to be able to categorize and re-categorize them. I also want to be able to set up recurring tasks. 4 out of 5 is not bad. I am extremely happy will the capabilities of this app. The only thing missing is the recurring task capability which is the only reason why I'm giving 4 stars. I would recommend this app to others who are obsessive list makers like myself but who want flexibility in keeping track of to dos. UPDATE: You've got your 5 stars now! Love the recurring tasks function! Love the ability to delete a task and/or create a new label while updating and/or creating a new task. I would love the option to not put a time on a task though for not all of my tasks are time related.

I'm actually not going to use this app for tasks; I just need to take copious notes and be able to organize my notes according to an extensive list of categories. Most notebook/journal/diary software doesn't have any way to sort or track entries by categories, so this app is a blessing. I hope the developers continue to make improvements and add new features.

This is a good app for tracking tasks, large and small. I use it in preference to two or three other apps apps I've tried but are not quite as effective. My only complaint is that there is no tie in to the calendar app.

I looked at a lot of tasks / to-do list apps, and found this app to be the best. I have hundreds of tasks and this really helps keep them organized, prioritized and helps me focus on the most important tasks for the day. Easy to enter new tasks without distractions from current focus. A bug in a previous version caused a p problems with my tasks. I emailed support and they responded very quickly on a weekend none the less. Very helpful support. I use a separate account for personal and for work. It is easy to switch between them.

There are lots of "to do" lists out there, they all have check marks and things, but i like this one because it makes it easy to create categories. You can view one category at a time or all of the tasks you have going on. Easy reminder option and i really like how it puts them in the drop down list in iOS when you swipe your finger down the screen, no matter what app you have open.

I love the app but it really needs some fixes in my opinion. 1. You should not have to go to shared labels to see lists that someone has shared with you. That is super annoying. They should be with all your other lists 2. Tasks that have been shared with you should also appear in your "all tasks" list. 3. You should be able to assign a shared task to a specific user. 4. When someone shares a task or label you should get a push notification so you know you have to sync. 5. It should sync automatically whenever you open and close the app. If these additions were made it would be a five star app and I would happily pay for it.

This task list is just what I was looking for. You can have numberless lists/labels but an item can be on multiple lists. Handy to keep track of groceries on one list, but then you can specify which store to purchase the item with a new label. And when the task is complete it applies to all the labels. It's great!
