Don’t download the app! It will ruin the lights!

Just purchased this tree and I was so excited to get it as a floor model sale item. The tree was acting normally while it was on display at Target with the glowing LED lights changing seamlessly into each color. When I got home and plugged it in it was also changing into different colors just as it should. However... once I downloaded the app it all went to crap. WARNING: do not download the app!! App will say its downloading new firmware (but it won’t and will remain frozen for a long time). Then you’ll try and detect your tree from the app and the tee will revert to a blinking white light pattern and it will never be the same colorful display it once was : ( I am so disappointed. I’m holding out for a resolution through some emails and phone calls, but I am not afraid to return this tree 365 days from now, which as stated on the instructions is acceptable.

App is not usable at all with the latest update. Please roll back the past few version to the UI with the dial. I have 5 lamps I can’t use. Hundred of dollars...

I wish you would roll back also. Loved the dial app. Everything worked as it should. Apple App will not let you add & keep lamps. They just keep disappearing. I reset the app & still sadly nothing. ☹️. Love the lamp. Hate the fact I can’t control it.
This app is awful

After install of my light I downloaded the app expecting to enjoy my work and play with the settings only to find that it starts to connect and then disappears from the app. It only connects about half the time. Only once did I get it to connect and was able to change settings. I hit locked the settings while testing things and then the app wouldn’t let me unlock it so it’s stuck on one setting. Miserable app. Why would Target bother to sell a $120 pendent light if their app doesn’t consistently work?
Needs bug fixes now!

I bought the star light just for the ability to control and set timers on the app. After 1 day the lamp disappeared and anytime I can get it to reappear it disappears within seconds. The lamp itself is connected to my Bluetooth so the problem must be in the app itself.

Flashes on and off and is in controllable via the app. Terrible. Please fix this app its is broken I’d like to use this to at least turn it off and on!!!

Just put up my xmas tree before last update and app worked perfect these 2 recent updates now it won’t work at all!

I know you’re discontinuing this app which makes my $300 Target tree obsolete down the road, but at least fix the app so I can use before we all get screwed over in Feb. app loads the lamp, then crashes.

I bought Christmas tree last year and the app worked fine, I updated app this year when I put my tree up and now the app doesn’t work correctly. It finds the tree but I am unable to select any of the colors I bought the tree for such as teal or purple. Disappointed that I wasted my money.
