The lamp itself is great but I have never used such a horrid app as this. I’m almost in disbelief at how they can release such a buggy pile of hot mess. Never bothered rating an app before as long as it delivered at least part of its purpose, this is literally just a waste of memory.
Tree is not worth the extra price for mobile app

The mobile app does not work. It starts the connection to upgrade but never finished. I paid too much for the extra feature and it does not work.
Ruined Christmas tree!!

One star because zero stars not an option. Once it connected to Xmas tree the tree basically crashed- lights are stuck on flicker and the manual switch doesn’t even work to change lights. Tree was amazing before the stupid app connected to it. Now the tree is broken. Beyond disappointing.
Target will not win

The race to win the home automation craze may not yet have a winner. But a loser will be Target. Can't get the app to retain a lamp in its list. Product support took two hours and nobody could help. Don't buy any products that are Bluetooth controlled unless you know it won't involve this app.
Cant reset my tree to change colors on its own

I just got the tree and was able to change the colors with my phone. After i was done experimenting with the colors i wanted to put it back in the regular setting it was in, self changing, but i realized there was no option to do that anywhere in the app.

This App doesn’t work and now our Christmas tree won’t light up. Never ending firmware update...Not even a button on the electrical box as advertised in the instructions. Please Fix this joke of an App ASAP! Is there a third party app we can use to light our tree?!

This app is horrible. Bought a new Christmas tree because it was supposed to be Bluetooth and controlled by the app. Not so. I can’t even get it to find the tree in my app. My husband can find it on his phone, but the only thing we can do is set an on off timer. And the color resets every time it turns on. We can’t get it to change the color at all anymore. When we first set it up we could control the colors with the app. That disappeared. Now we can just turn the lights on and off. That’s it. If you’re going to make a tree you can control with Bluetooth then make an app that’s compatible. Not a stupid lamp app that only turns it on and off. It feels like a huge waste of technology. Get with the times target. Sad.

Worst app I’ve ever used! Shuts down every time I open it. I have deleted it and re-downloaded it nothing works. Can’t even have the color Christmas tree I want for the $400 dollars it’s worth!

Just like everyone else the firmware update happened and basically took away all of the cool functions of my tree. I can’t even use the box anymore. I’m really disappointed that a $400 tree would have such a horrible app.
