I am deaf, and I got excited when I discovered this app. Finally! A device that could speak for me if somebody doesn't understand my speech. If only it could caption what OTHER person is saying.... (hint, hint!) The 'Sarah' is hard to understand so I hope the update will include more womens' voices.

Cool app but when I try to use it on the phone the other person can barely hear what is said.

This is great for leaving prank calls from automated systems, like "Your prescription for Valtrex is ready for pickup".

One of the few good text to speech apps for the iphone and this one includes multiple voices. I'm having fun with it and looking forward to future updates. Great work!
Excellent Text to Speech, especially with cut/copy/paste!

This app is already great for many purposes, not the least of which is freaking people out. With cut/copy/paste in 3.0, though, the app really shines. Being able to copy text from emails or web sites and having them read back to you is an awesome feature, and one that's extremely valuable when you can't devote your eyes to the screen!
