Excellent Text to Speech, especially with cut/copy/paste! – Talk To Me - Text to Speech Review

This app is already great for many purposes, not the least of which is freaking people out. With cut/copy/paste in 3.0, though, the app really shines. Being able to copy text from emails or web sites and having them read back to you is an awesome feature, and one that's extremely valuable when you can't devote your eyes to the screen!
