You will pay for nothing

This is the 2nd time they ignore instructions in the order and get me a wrong order that goes to trash, no compensation for the wasted money & there maybe a big transparency issue as you will fall in how to figure out who missed up the order, did they? Or is it the restaurant? However the result is the same, the money is lost & the order goes to trash. I am deleting the app right now

I just order pizza hut, they cancel my order , i called asking about my order and they say its not cancel its on the ways,, driver called me many time, when i call back he close the phone its been more than hour, and i just order small pizza:) ,, its not about the pizza but really no respect,, and i just delete the app very disappointed

I want to order from my work to gain time and the app asks me to relocate my place which I cannot because I want it to be delivered to my house. It is already saved in my account I use 2 applications, they don’t do what you guys do it’s really frustrating

They take your money and never help you out with your order and the only things they say to you “we are sorry” and “anything else we can help you out with”. First, I don’t need your sorry and second yes I need my order on time as promised.

The service this evening was unacceptable. The first restaurant we tried denied the order after we’d selected everything. The order for the second restaurant was never processed, the payment was, but no word on the order for 2 hours. Finally called Talabat and they said due to a technical issue they didn’t process the order, didn’t call us to say so, didn’t call the restaurant in question and when we asked to resend the order, they refused even though they accepted our payment. Finally got the payment refunded but still no food. We will probably not use the service in the future.

So I had this Talabat Go driver and he was the worst person I have ever ordered from after I ordered my food came really fast the restaurant had done a good job on there side but when I got the driver he was the absolute worst I told him to send me a picture of where he was he send send me your location then a told him why he needed me to send a picture he kept saying send location so I sent my location and this time the location worked WhatsApp done a good job on there side and a few moments later the driver went on a completely different place which I then wanted to contact 1 of the services which I couldn’t because it still said the driver is coming so Talabat fire this driver and put it always where I can contact someone the driver number is 7779 3470.

Worst service use carriage or rafeeq better service

They cancel your food at the last hour it happened to me a lot with them after waiting an hour and change they call you back and tell you that the restaurant was closed at the time of the order instead of calling right away and it happens the most during ramadan they call 15 minutes before fajr prayer and cancel use carriage or rafeeq they have way better service

Talabat pretty much adds any restaurant willing to pay money on it with absolute disregard to the quality of the food, delivery or customer service.
