My first TAKL

Eager seeker

Don’t put in a job request on Sunday. The only contractor I was offered didn’t seem like who I needed. I got 14 texts trying to get me to select him. So the work happened Monday and my CC was charged multiple times. I sent an email asking for that to be corrected. The service provider - Jim was very hard working. I’m satisfied with his work.

Cleaning hardwood floors

I wanted someone to come in and clean, vacuumed and steam clean my hardwood floor‘s, I did not want regular housecleaning and I wanted them to be quick, efficient and punctual so I could get on with the chores I had for myself, I thought I would give Takl a shot! I was pleasantly surprised my floors were clean by 10 o’clock and I have the rest of the day to do the things that I needed to do and the energy to do it!!! I recommended that you be able to make remarks in your job request so that I could be more specific, or choose that I only wanted floors cleaned or whatever!

Zero Stars. I guess you have to live in a big city for this app to be useful. There is no help available where I live.

Great concept

It seemed to treat me as a contractor looking for work, but I am someone looking for a contractor. After entering all the data it looks like there isn’t a contractor in my area. This is a great concept if a lot of contractors are in the system. I will continue to ask friends for referrals.

Its not worth it

I spent 50 dollars on my background check and never got any business its not worth it save your money !

When I have been able to get the app to work, the service providers have been great. However, the app consistently fails to work properly. I’ve had providers get double booked, and I have been unable to cancel to reschedule at a different time, and issues with photos, and many other things.
