This App is a Joke

Giving a “one star” is too high. I am almost one month into the application process to be a provider and cannot get the process to complete (FYI...Providers have to pay a $30 fee for their own background check). The “Help” feature in the app also does not work and will not load. It actually loaded the first time I tried to use it but there is no record of it. I had to find my “Welcome” email and go around the app to get to a chat room help desk. The agent I was connected to could not figure out why the app would not submit my request for background check nor had the ability to override it and process the request manually. Her only solution was for me to install the app on my computer and bypass the app on my phone entirely to complete the process. Huh??? What’s the purpose of a mobile app that only works on a pc? When I informed the agent this was unacceptable and I wanted to speak to someone in management now, she told me she would forward my request to them and they would get in touch with me at a later date but did not know when. So....the app doesn’t work, help desk can only be reached outside the app, help desk can’t figure out the problem nor can they fix it, and management will get back to me at a later date. The resolution, if ever found, needs to be one heck of a Quality Service or we will have to consider other alternatives. I am EXTREMELY disappointed.

Wilson did a great job once he started. W was very efficient and task oriented. I would highly recommend him. He brought a helper (which was unexpected but it made the work go faster.)

I try to do as much of my own handyman work, but I’m not very good at it. I know which lane to stay in. LOL! I’ve used TAKL twice and each time I have been impressed with the quality of service.

The Takl provider that came to our house did an excellent job and was very timely.
