Missing Fuel Rewards

I’ve been a good member for a long time now and for some reason the last few times I’ve only been receiving 5 cents for fuel rewards instead of 10 cents. Plus the app has been having “technical issues” the last couple times and yet the time period is not being extended for a faulty app.. Gotta do better!

Every time I try to open it it’s says “Sorry looks like we need a moment”. Multiple refreshes do nothing. Based on what they’ve been giving in the app anyway it’s not even worth the bother.

The “deals” on here aren’t really deals. It’s the company’s way of increasing marketing through it’s customers. Very unimpressive. Most of the things on here we can get by using Groupon or an online coupon. I’m glad T-Mobile is at least doing something but these so-called deals don’t make me feel like a valued customer.
