Great! Until..

I used to love this app as it used to give great coupons and deals. Lately it’s been discounts for places that aren’t even around where I live. And now today they decreased their Shell partnership coupon from 10 cent/gallon coupon to 5 cent/gallon and advertised it as if it were an improvement. Makes it pointless to even use the app anymore as there is no benefit.

Not so good

I don’t think this is so good, the prizes are cheaper n cheaper, hard to receive the prizes. Please get something good for us, like Chick-fil-A or chipotle coupons. Thanks.

Fuel Rewards cut in half for 2022?

Seriously? Last year, 10 cent T-Mobil discount was added to 5 cent Shell Fuel Rewards for 15 cent per gallon discount. Now 5 cent instead of 10 cent from TMobil. No more incentive to buy from Shell. Buhbye Shell!

Hasn’t worked in two weeks

Not a bad app when it’ll open!

Same old but now less

When T-Mobile Tuesdays first started it was pretty cool. $.10 off a gallon of gas and every other week was a free item in the store. Free food usable coupons. Now you get five cents a gallon for gas and the rules are confusing making the entire idea non-competitive. It’s the same old car rental and hotel room coupons. Free food from time to time as long as you purchase something else and as long as you do it within that businesses app. Covid or not, there should be a way to get the same stuff we used to get in the store. Oh don’t forget about all the prizes that literally who knows if anybody ever actually wins. Ever since John left as CEO the entire thing has become a lot more like Verizon and AT&T. All this fake Wolk stuff T-Mobile‘s got going on and it’s just really offputting. Don’t forget about all of the over-the-top cheesy completely extra sincerity that each representative copies and paste or waste 10 minutes typing just to answer a simple question. I sincerely miss John Legere.

Shell Fuel Rewards

If the savings amount was indeed cut in half to 5 cents, then why does my saved offer still state the same 10 cents off per gallon? It doesn’t make sense…to me, that signifies some type of glitch occurred. If that’s the case, then the only issue I have is T-Mobile should have posted a notification or message to acknowledge it, as (most) people would be understanding bc, well, technology ??‍♀️. Especially since the offer DOES still state 10 cents off AND SO MANY customers like myself are on here acknowledging it, it’s definitely wrong that they have not addressed the issue (not that I’m personally aware of, anyways). At the very least, the right thing to do was/is to let your customers know what’s going on. And for REALLY good customer service, the 5 cents that was lost should be offered in NEXT WEEK’S savings amount!

Hardly anymore freebies

I used to look forward to every Tuesday before Covid happened. The deals were a ton of free stuff—Free food, free apparel, free movie tickets, insanely good discounts on products, and others. Now they’ve been reduced to minimal sales on companies I’ve never heard of or cared for.

Not very useful

First off, thank you. The company doesn’t even have to give free stuff. First time using the app, I’ve only gotten a self branded, insulated, reusable grocery bag. I like stuff like that. Thought that I was going to get stuff like that every Tuesday. I only use it for gas now. The other offers doesn’t even apply to me. Other phone companies offer free Apple Music or Netflix for simply being a customer. T-mobile, I have to add a line and I don’t see a reason.

Saving is a gas!

I look forward to Tuesday, knowing that I can up my tank and save at Shell! It makes the most common day of the week a little more fun!

Loving T-Mobile Tuesday’s offers, Hating when I forget to check in. I could use a shopping spree, we lost most of our clothes last year in a house fire.
