I use to love the app. Something about being able to play a game for a big reward or a customer exclusive. Now we can’t play a game and it’s all just customer exclusives. You guys kinda took out the best part of the app in my opinion. But hey, at least T-Mobile offers us anything extra at all.

The rewards are disappointing or of no interest to me, and they often require you to sign up or download something else in order to access reward. Seems like advertising to me.

If you’re going to offer two for one items that are store specific, maybe choose stores that are located nationwide. This app is lame.

New ‘redeem within 5 minutes’ is confusing unclear and left me Unthanked. Much preferred a code or such that I could redeem. Versus the ‘show this timer on a screen’ to a cashier... confusing interface, sad day (no thanking), and frustrating when T-Mobile was not able to reset the broken app after.
Waste of time

Tried to give this app a chance but I see it’s garbage. So called prizes are a waste of time. Deleting this app after I finish this review.
False Advertising

T Mobile offers coupons and freebies that promoters pay they them to promote. Often the promotions are very dodgy or outright false advertisements that cost a considerable amount when the transaction is complete. After six months I deleted this app. Ex. Free athletic apparel with very high shipping costs. Ex. Free oil change available at zero locations. T mobile needs to increase their scrutiny of who they partner with for promotional offerings. Make the offers more transparent. The Free Pizza and movie rentals were on the up and up. The offers are hit or miss or miss. But my time and attention is worth more than this headache. App deleted.
