Disappointed in lack of transparency of app functions

Cas Penrod97

I really wish this app would have made it clear that Fitbit doesn’t use 3rd party apps anymore to sync to Apple Watch steps. I wasted 5 dollars. Make sure to read their other app descriptions to let you know. Don’t download app if you are thinking it will sync with your Apple Watch to help you compete in challenges on Fitbit app. I want my money back. I am not happy with this at all.

Does work

JoAdWe

Synced over a thousand data points for weight. All of them identical. It also filled all in between dates to-date with an identical date.

Mess up my data

JulieJammot

This app messed up my data in other apps. Today while Fitbit says I’ve walked 5800 steps, Apple health had 4000, then 9000 after I did the sync... so disappointing. So I deleted it and now I’ve lost lots of entries.

A piece of crap

Don’t waste your money! Used on the past and worked flawlessly. Haven’t been able to log in for over 3 months. Credentials are correct . No response to msg. Developer states on FB he doesn’t have time bc or new project! Pls take down this app!

Worst app

I can’t cancel and it charging me 20$

It Works!

I have recently had to sadly switch from my many years with Fitbit to an Apple watch for the phone feature. I was concerned about also having to buy another scale. Thanks to this app I don’t have to switch from my beloved Area. This syncs perfectly. It also transferred years of data. Thanks Sync Solver.

Why don’t the numbers match?

Confused 1234567

I just downloaded the app, and the set up seemed easy, but none of the numbers in my Fitbit data match the numbers in the Health app. How is it that they “synced,” but the Health app shows significantly lower steps and miles. I’d ask this somewhere other than a review if the “support” were anything other than FAQs.

Mislead

I didnt realize there were two separate apps when reading how to sync health and Fitbit and vice versa. I paid for this app but I needed the green app. If I can be refunded I will purchase the other app. I dont want to pay for both and only need one.

Got nothing but took my money.

No historical date cisable but says 7k date points synced! Help support just send you to their faq’ so your on your own. Waste unfortunate of $

Save your money

Nowhere do they tell you they don’t sync heart rate data until AFTER you purchase the app and have access to the documentation. Additionally, active minutes, steps, etc., are syncing a fraction (if at all) of the data.
