Didn’t sync my Fitbit info at all

hawkinsl1

I purchased to sync my fitbit activity to ihealth and it did not do anything with my Fitbit info. The name of the app is misleading as it didn’t help at all with what I wanted it to do.

Want a refund

Ryokubaka

1) Doesn’t take all of the historical data, only goes 3 years back 2) Fills in dummy data for days where no weight was tracked 3) Waste of $5 when other free apps can do the same thing

I guess it’s ok but

kjm1997

Is there no way to get it to sync other activities than steps? These days I mostly do cycling but that doesn’t sync. Wish it would sync ALL the data I see in the Fitbit app.

Doesn’t work

hhfyhgfchuknjuytfdcbj

App doesn’t work to sync steps from Fitbit Versa/app to Apple Health. Specifically bought this to assist with Step Bet tracking, no need for it as it doesn’t serve its purpose. App support doesn’t have this topic. Would like a refund.

5$ cost me 25$!

Susancuturilo

I couldn’t get it to sync to my calorie counter, which I’ve been using for years, so I never actually used it. But they charged me 25 bucks for a 5 dollar app. DONG DO IT!

Useless app

Johncap523

Won’t connect to Fitbit site. Useless app. Your Twitter is inactive since 2015. What a mistake this purchase was. Please refund my $9.99

won’t let me log back into fitbit account

efukumoto

app worked perfectly but now won’t let me log into my fitbit account. i cleared my cookies also

Doesn’t sync health to vitality

Bigmeechmikehunt

The steps this syncs to health don’t work with vitality. Kind of useless since you can link vitality directly with the fitbit app. Better off just disregarding this app entirely.

Didn’t work.....

heatherm44

Did not work at all for me. Would not recommend.

Doesn’t sync workouts or heart rate

Eudnrnsiw

Read the list of sync’d data carefully. This does not sync workouts or heart rate data. What is the point? Fitbit is useful for many things but it’s mainly for tracking workouts. Many other apps feed workout data to health directly so the developer excuse doesn’t make sense.
