Good app but unstable and lacks needed update

Jack Barron

There are great features in this app, most specifically the ability to customize all the various symptoms and factors. But the developer has posted that development for this app is no longer ongoing. I bought it anyway, assuming that at least the basic updates would still be occurring. But after iOS 12, the app crashes a lot. Too bad, and i hope theres at least a basic update to make it more usable in the near future.

Very helpful

I’ve been using this app as I have been struggling with a herniated lumbar disc. I appreciate the ability to track my symptoms, as well as medication I’m taking and other factors that play into my issues. My only wish is that there was a web version of this as well for typing in notes and for allowing the viewing in a different overall fashion. However, I only just discovered this morning that you can send yourself a CSV report, so I will be curious to look at that to see if it gives me the information I feel would be beneficial. I should add that my physical therapist appreciates the fact that I am keeping track of my symptoms. I don’t think I could do it as regularly and as thoroughly as I do without this app. So thank you! Update as of 10/12/2018 Ever since the iOS 12 update this app keeps quitting unexpectedly. This is frustrating and disappointing.

App keeps crashing!

Please fix it? I just paid for the upgraded version, and now I can’t use it at all. :/

Currently in the process of being diagnosed, this is a great tool.

Easy but crashes - FIXED

Easy to use. I enjoy it. But it’s been crashing a lot lately - every time I use it. — So thankful that they fixed this issue :)

Good for reporting data but not retrieving it

LaurieInTheBerkshires

I purchased this app because I want usable data to share with my doctors concerning my allergies. However, the doctor’s report is not helpful because of how it’s formatted. I would like to know my symptoms chronologically, but this report only shows a row of that symptom with: Symptom, started tracking, there’s nothing in the next two columns “insufficient data,” “yes” for real time. What days did I have that symptom? Morning, day evening? (If I’m logging in the time & date I should be able to have a report with this data.)

A Good Start

EchoesofRiss

My symptoms change throughout the day, what might be a 10 in the morning may deflate to a 7 by that evening. I love how simple this is to use but I would like to see the ability to add multiple entries per day and see what time of day I added a symptom - like a time stamp per change on the spreadsheet.

Can we get an update??

salenarose

Love the app but some minor updates would just make it so much better. 1. Doesn’t fit to iPhone X (10) screen. 2. Can we get an option to search for our symptom rather than scroll through them all? Or just search and add by the day? Maybe have a button for “frequent” symptoms. 3. How about an option with “all day” or “24 hour” pain/symptom. 4. On the doctor report, maybe just list the symptoms we marked for that month(s) not all the symptoms on the/our list.

The only chronic illness app I like

I tried them all. This one isn’t perfect, but it’s the best one for me.

NO iPad version so nothing to sync to : (

Used the trial version for a couple of days only to discover no app for iPad... a dealbreaker for me. And I don’t like the fact that I can’t jot down a short note in the trial version... it’s only available in their upgrade. I’ve deleted this app.
