An add dressed up as an app.

It’s actually a decent app... if you pay for the full version. Otherwise, the amount of data you can enter and track is severely limited. They will remind you that you can unlock the app, for a fee, at every chance they get. Full screen adds pop up and seem to screen at you at every turn. You can track 5 symptoms, 5 influencing factors and that’s about it. You’re cut off from being able to make any notes or do much anything else unless, of course, you pay that fee. There’s another “brand name” app out there that let you enter as much data as you want, for free. I recommend that one.

Meh

I really like the look and simplicity of this. Don’t like that it requires an in app purchase of $9.99 to unlock needed features like the journal.

YOU HAVE TO PAY $9.99 TO ACCESS ANY OF THE FEATURES!

If I had 5 symptoms which is the limit for this—I can’t even call it a trial version because literally all it does it allow you to add 5 symptoms— I wouldn’t need an app! I could write the 5 symptoms down and track them. There are plenty of other apps available for under $5 that I would first try as I honestly feel bamboozled and regardless of how the $9.99 version is I’m not willing to try it for the sheer fact that this app is extremely misleading. If it was stated clearly that this app pretty much does nothing but show you what features are possible if you pay $9.99 I would be fine with that. But it didn’t and that gives me more than a bad taste in my mouth for the developers.

Photos Must be Saved on Phone.

I just went to delete my photos and the app had them vanish. This makes me annoyed since it would be nice if the app took those photos and translates them into some low quality image that would take up way less storage then one of these high resolution iPhone photos. Sure you may never run out of storage with some phones but hey I like to take pictures and I don’t want to have to save like 5x364 photos a year of food I’ve eaten and then delete all those post computer sync to look at photos of my own stuff. App what you need to do it make this photo save to a very very low resolution photo. Don’t save it as a regular photo when we take the picture with the app so it isn’t in our album just the app. Then sync that to iCloud or whatever. It will save our phones more memory and it will save a ton of time sorting photos. You guys are smart shouldn’t be a tough fix for great improvement for those of us that would like to use this app and our photo album. Thanks

Not worth it to track data

$9.99 to use journal feature!

Thank you!

This app has been just what I need to track my anxiety. And after changing to a new phone, the app asked which iCloud backup it should restore from. Thank You!!! I was afraid there would be no way to transfer the data but there was.

Almost amazing

Customizable symptoms and factors make this app exceptionally powerful. Ability to document days with time stamped photos and journal is also killer, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to export this data to share with doctors. And if you delete photos from camera roll, they disappear from app. So not great for heavy use. I have multiple conditions, so would love the ability to tag photos and journal entries with condition names. Would also like to add photo captions. My eyelids droop under certain conditions, and I need the photos to be labeled (e.g. “after three hours in the sun”), otherwise they are useless to my doctor.

Super helpful

Love this app! I’ve had vague symptoms and struggled in the past to keep track of it all. Symple helps me by asking several times a day how things are going. I love the reminder bell! I tracked and journaled for a month and shared it with my doctor. She really liked the easy to read at a glance chart indicating what symptoms I had and just how difficult they had been. Also, their support is pretty good. I had a question and a possible addition to the functionality of the app. They responded quickly and seemed to take my idea seriously for a yes/no option for specific symptoms (binge/purge/restrict food, took medication etc. )I’m sharing this app with everyone!

A bit frustrating

Only lets you track up to five symptoms unless you pay for the “premium” package. A bit frustrating us for chronic pain/illness people.

Ok app. Doesn’t work with ios12

I loved using this app until ios12 now the app randomly crashes all the time and it’s impossible to record tour data as the app doesn’t recognize touch input.
