There are some minor bugs here and there but overall I really enjoy the app ??? I will definitely continue using!!!!!

I love SYFY shows so I’m incredibly happy there’s an app, but if you try to pause or rewind, you’re done. The commercials don’t come on when a typical commercial break would start. I’m talking like someone is in the middle of a sentence and boom, random commercial. Sometimes I really do just give up on whatever show I’m watching for a few hours because it will start in a random location of the show. Will I still use it? yup. Is it a bit of a pain? Yup.

Use to be able to watch movies and now I can’t. I click on a movie but nothing pops up for me to hit play. I tried on both my iPhone and Apple TV.

Just wish you guys wouldn’t cancel all the good shows. Still a good app though.

Okay. I love the SyFy Channel. That's why I downloaded this app. HOWEVER, should you pause it and take a text or perform some other task, the app will not start again. So, I had to close the app, open it, and resume the show. BUT, the app rarely remembers where you paused it. AGAIN...this video player is pretty bad. It doesn't remember wheee you paused. It consistently upcuts, and it just plain won't play. MOREOVER, the cues for commercials often upcut the show. It'll take an ad (lame), then return to the last second or two, which often cuts a sentence in half. This player is average: it's slow to load, doesn't like skipping ahead, and drops that second during breaks.
App won’t let me watch a show

Keeps asking me to login, which I had with my provider... xfinity. Now I need some NBC login, which it wont accept. Can’t access tech support. Fix this please!
App disappointing.

Love the shows, but the app is disappointing. Lots of bugs. Not intuitive. Error messages for no good reason. NBC May be out over their skies with this one.
