The app keeps crashing, doesn’t work properly when it doesn’t crash, too many ads (cable tv has less ads). Fix this quickly and permanently if you don’t want people deleting the app from their devices or avoiding downloading altogether.
Where’s Krypton S1?

Can’t watch season 1 of Krypton. Syfy thinks it’s worth paying 2.99 per episode to stream season one of Amazon Prime, no thx so I tried to watch it thru the app but it’s not here... deleted app. Since I can’t watch season one, I won’t be watching season two. To bad too cause the show sounds interesting but didn’t hear about the show until season two started to air. Syfy could get more viewers if they’d just let people watch season one thru their app

I love this show, and am glad you can at least watch episodes without a provider. Wish I could watch the other episode, but it gives me something to look forward to and its free.
Can’t change to landscape view

The button to turn the screen sideways so it can be viewed in landscape and not portrait does not work. It does nothing.
Will not allow me to select provider from THEIR list!

Useless. Current iOS. Iphone 6s+. Will not allow me to select tv provider off list. More to the point, it deleted my existing tv provider information and ignored the tv provider information stored in iOS settings.

When i first got this app i was so happy to watch my shows and movies now that y’all updated with nbc i don’t have access to my shows and I’m ready to delete this app now.

Love the shows but the app is awful. Keeps telling me my subscription doesn’t include this channel until you religion three times. Episodes are not intuitively organized - requires lots of clicks to get to an episode. Doesn’t remember which episodes you’ve watched. The list goes on and on.
