Experience depends on the Device

The App works differently according to which device you’re using. On the IPad Pro it works perfectly. On the iPhone, It’s ok. Gets Bugs, Commercials flick in and out interrupt where they’re not necessarily supposed to. (I only know they’re off because the iPad version works so seamlessly) Same thing on the Laptop. The commercials interrupt scenes, etc. I Love the Magicians so I’m grateful to be able to see the show whenever I like for right now. But there is definitely a huge difference in flow from device to device.

i don’t care about the ads ( although they are annoying ). i DO appreciate the opportunity to watch an awesome show like Happy! on the go. thank you SYFY.

Love SYFY, but do have a pet peeve

I love SYFY. Generally speaking I cannot get enough and I watch this channel over all others. Like most of the others here,I do get tired of seeing the same ads over and over. And it is kinda annoying that you have to be a subscriber to a tv network to gain access. I would much rather pay. Small fee like Netflix and some of the others. However, my pet peeve is that when I try to get caught up or try to start watching a new show, I can’t, because the first episode available is number 3 or 4. Example being Nightflyers and season 3 of Van Helsing. And taking up space from these great shows are 160 episodes of FaceOff, 40 episodes of Killjoys and 64 episodes of Paranormal Witness. Why can’t the the space be used equally between shows? I know I’m not the only one with this problem and complaint.

I had an issue with the app stating that SYFY was not carried by my cable provider (which it is), and contacted the app help. They sent me a reply very quickly, asking the specifics of the problem, but before I could reply, the issue was corrected. Very impressed with customer assistance. And to everyone complaining about ads, there aren’t half as many on this app as on Hulu, which is a paid app.

I switched from xfinity to Verizon Fios. I have a package above what is required but the app refuses to sign me in. It just keeps saying I need at least the preferred package which is one less than I have with the Extreme HD package. It’s ridiculous!

Needs a larger selection of back titles to stream

Sound is good but could use the upgrade Netflicks recently got for Stranger Things. Streaming very good. I would like to see selections expanded to include back seasons and in particular “Nightflyers”. I missed the first episodes and would like to see it from the beginning.
