Very unstable app - poorly built and designed

There’s no easy way to link my ticket to the app and to social. Also the app keeps crashing on my iPhone X.
Good structure but very buggy

Keeps lagging for 4+seconds after I take any action.... that said, if it didn't do that it would get a 4-5 rating.
Why can’t we use this app when you advertise it with a guest pass?

You guys send an email saying that we can get a guest pass and then the app is useless because you aren’t giving us a code. What’s up with that?
Doesn’t save favorites

I have been using this app for years and it’s been great, but this year it won’t save my favorites so I can setup my schedule for the week. I have tried for weeks now and it never saves.
