Camera that we got setup worked well. Although the other ones we haven’t been able to get to connect That is disappointing.

You made me switch to this app from the previous one. This is terrible. Does not load recordings. Recordings are so bad when they do load! Do something. Update, i have not been able to use this camera since the update! I want my money back that I spent for this camera!

Works intermittently at best

It’s been 10 minutes trying to get the lights to shut off. This system works less than my ex. Currently writing this review while trying to get the lights out. Guess I’ll have to cit the power...

Doesn’t work with iPhone

Doesn’t work for me won’t connect with my iPhone. Deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail called tech support they were no help. Only thing I get are notifications no video and every time I open the app I’m disconnected. Don’t know what the issue is but it needs to be addressed.

Cameras are never connected. Cannot watch from phone while out of house, because cameras are offline, live view has stopped, play back mode never works and when it does decide to play... it’s super choppy starting and stopping. Constantly getting error messages instead of playback or live view. I just had motion detected at my garage but can’t see anything through the app on my phone because I am getting “live view has stopped” message. Wish I had ordered a different brand of camera. Why have them to watch your house while not there... if you can’t watch your house? Defeats the purpose of having the cameras.

Does not support iOS

App does not support iOS which is so disappointing after how much I tried to get it to work. Works on android devices just fine. Support is also not great. Chat not available when needed. $200 wasted.

Okay but could be better

I bought them ending last year and everything was fine till the updates hit now I get the same message of opening secure network and just keeps getting me off the live on the app on my iPhone.

Used to be great.

This app used to work great. They changed it around spring of 2020 and it’s been not so good.

Notifications are useless; no image from the alert? So I have to click each alert and review? Seems crazy. And clicking on a notification doesn't even open a live stream or the recording. The app remains in infinite loop of getting recording. When is the new app going to be released? Really hope it's functional. This one is only good for live feeds. 10Feb21: I have access to the Alpha testing, and there is not much addition functionality than the current app. Was I pushed the wrong version in TestFlight?

Have camera system over a year. When watching recordings from iPhone it won’t let you save the recording to your iPhone or let you send the recording either. Called customer service more then 2 times and good luck with that.
