Does all it’s supposed to do except when I get a notification of motion and I open the notification, the app doesn’t open to the recording of that event; it opens the live view of the camera. It’d be perfect if opening a notification would go straight to the recorded event.

I bought one floodlight with camera to try it out and was very happy for the most part except the application took forever to open at times and that was very frustrating especially after receiving a notification but......I decided camera was still good so I bought 3 more to place in different areas of home. I now regret doing it because the application seems to be worst. I get notifications (like 60+ at times) and try to open camera live view to see what’s going on and nothing, won’t open, just “spins” saying trying to connect then once it does finally display if at all I try to click on view individual camera and again takes forever to actually open up to view and use mic or just to monitor movement. Most of the time I end up just closing the app because it’s too frustrating. Internet connection is good and I keep up with updates so I know it’s none of that to be an issue. I have since purchased a Ring and see the difference so definitely regret buying the swann products and WILL NOT be recommending to anyone!

It has and still a horrible app. It deletes bad reviews like my previous 8 ones. Slowly getting rid of these jokes.
Wireless cameras are not even recording

Garbage wireless cameras. They don’t even record anything eve when you are walking right infront of them. Stay away read google reviews as well
Simple and useful, when it works

Glitchy. Latest version froze my phone repeatedly. Keeps losing ability to call up playback. Needs to be closed and restarted constantly. DVR keeps losing WiFi connection despite completely stable home network. Software does not try to reestablish connection. When manually clicking on „Connect“ it does right away. That frequently leaves remote viewing unavailable. Not good while traveling. Please fix glitches. Otherwise good product.

Camera never works, ever since company made its own app it’s a hit and miss. More of a miss. I have a hardwired swann system and its great but I really wish I could get a refund on this camera system. This was a big waste of a lot of money.

When it works it’s great but when camera (SWIFI-SPOTCAM) goes offline the app does a horrible job of reconnecting. Looking into a new system that has a better app. We haven’t gotten any camera notifications in 2 days! My husband leaves for work everyday we should’ve had some! Tired of constantly reconnecting this camera to the app!!!!
