Don’t waste your money on any of their products. Worst customer service and the funny thing you install the camera then you cannot have access to the playback videos.
Good, but knowing Swann, it will get better

Upgraded to a new 4K ultra system with 16 spotlight cameras (NVR16- 8580), I added a 4 TB hard drive for a 6 TB total . Was happy with the swann system I have had for about 10 years, with zero issues, but it was time to catch up with the latest high resolutions and options. Now, The 4K live and recorded view is beyond what I expected. The spot lights work like another layer of protection, and the 2 way audio adds a major asset, it’s like having the “Ring” all over the place. The only issue is the app. My previous setup with swann viewlink allowed access to the DVR and most of its admin features, something that is lacking for now with this app, and hopefully will be added with future updates. Most used features like live viewing and playback is there, but have no control over camera settings or NVR options. I stuck with Swann based on my past experiences, and very sure the app is a working progress and will continue to to improve.

Great camera’s and app and it’s great to see constant improvements. I hope the developers will add the new iOS 14 feature, Picture in Picture, to the app! Great work!

Not happy with this. Have installed three of my five cameras and one stays online and works.
Worst camera system ever
what you gonna do about it?
This is by far the worst security system I have ever seen. Hardly ever loads and when it does it takes forever. Then when it finally does load it will say clip unavailable. How can I keep my business safe with this piece of garage I wasted all this money on.

Why can’t you have this software scan for SwannCam WiFi networks? I got two cameras that I wasn’t able to update before the Safe by Swann completely went dead! I will make this 5 star if you correct your app!
Great Hardware but unstable software

I installed 4 Wi-Fi cams. Easy to install and connect to the app. Unfortunately the App needs more investment. Notifications work great, but live view only presents some of the cams. It’s hit and miss as to which cams connect. All have excellent Wi-Fi signals, so that’s not the issue.
