Super glitchy/ I don’t qualify for any surveys

The app is super glitchy, it freezes all the time, and is not user friendly. On top of that, I don’t qualify for any surveys. I just tried 11 and I didn’t qualify for one. I gave t 2 stars because you have the opportunity to earn money while watching tv...it takes A LONG time to actually be able to redeem Swagbucks for gift cards, though.

I forgot my password. I entered my email address and clicked on forgot password. Then a msg pops up saying an email with instructions on how to reset your password has been sent. I didn’t get an email. Also checked my spam folder. Nothing there either!

I bought like $200 on Amazon through the app and they said it was not eligible to get the points and cash back because I bought ‘toys’ like wth?? They tell you they will give you cash back if you buy through the app but they never mention it’s only on certain items. Also, you waste like 10 mins taking a ‘pre survey’ which is already basically a survey and they tell you you’re not eligible to take the actual survey. I’m done wasting my time on this app.

I have started getting a bunch of icky spam since signing up for Swagbucks. Really icky. Presume the developers sell email addresses to icky people, as it started within just a few days of joining.

Spending several minutes sharing way too much personal info to be told I don't qualify and am getting nothing for my time. Also they should prefill some of my answers like Birthday and gender. If you would give me more swagbucks for every question I answered instead of one to answer ten questions to find out I don't qualify I might be interested. I have about 26 swagbucks after about 20 entries. Not worth it.

Did a $20 worth of swagbucks deal through swagbucks for signing up to Dollarshaveclub. They deactivated my account the following day! Nearly no way to contact them! SCAM. They don't give reason or warning for deactivating your account before you redeem your swagbucks!

Just sad.

If you are under 13 don’t get it dose not work if you put in your real bday. It will deactivate your account. Don’t waste time on this crappy app.
