I use swagbucks mainly for its surveys in order to get more swagbucks, but I have not been getting very many surveys and when I do get a survey it is usually from peanut labs, but after I do the pre questions they say I’m looking good, but then they disqualified me because I do not meet the criteria, this happens every time. I would like to see more surveys directly from swagbucks instead of peanut labs.

I’ve had a great experience but they’ve stopped rembursing my account the amount of swagbucks to my account.

Can’t log in through Facebook

When I access their website, I have option to log in through Facebook and works fine. The app doesn’t allow you to log in via Facebook so I can’t log in. What the heck?

I spend tons of my time doing the task or completing surveys and never get any rewards. B.s. deleting it

I have been treated so poorly by the team at Swagbucks. They have deleted my account twice both times claiming I had another account which I don't. And now they ignore me to reactivate it. The team is unprofessional and childish and they should fix their customer service.

Bring back SB watch!!!

I was a big fan of SB watch since that was where i got most of my points by being on the app everyday. But ever since they took it out with the new update, i can barely earn my points now. There’s no point in having the app anymore if i can barely earn any points now. SB is useless without its watch feature because the surveys never worked for me.

Absolute garbage. I completed a survey and answered all the questions truthfully yet they said I gave false information when I did not. Deleted and if I could give 0 stars I would. I even emailed them and they never replied back.

Never get credit for shopping

Don’t use this to shop. Every shopping trip to this point has been ineligible. You find out after the fact. I will go back to using my other Ap. Not sure this is worth the memory on my phone. I did send a ticket the second time but you ap message says that my purchases were not eligible. Why do I have to fight for credit for something I purchased going through your ap? Just very frustrating. Just saying I won’t use it anymore to make purchases.

Not loading surveys

I love the app and website! Have earned a lot of Christmas presents from the cards I earned, but I have reached a problem. My app is no longer loading surveys. I'm 9 months pregnant so I can't sit at the computer for two hours without my back hurting. Please update the app and fix the problem.

This app was a huge disappointment. I can understand having to work hard to gain SB points. However, I would toil for months and not receive my earned points. I attempted to contact the SB team to fix the matter. It was to no avail. I could not reach them by phone or email. I even attempted to reach them through their help center via the app SEVERAL times, and have still not received a response. Bottom line, their customer service needs a severe upgrade and it feels like a futile fight to attempt to receive what you worked for. Highly disappointed.
