Wish they let us know

I use the app whenever I purchase items on amazon or other online stores for the cashback, but the app doesn’t let me know if it took that purchase into account or not. It takes forever to find out so it’s just a guessing game. I wish it sent notifications like Ibotta does. I might just use Ibotta for cashback now. As for the surveys, those take a lot of time and dedication (and not many points) which I’d rather put toward my actual job.

Awful

I got 500 swag bucks and then they decide to deactivate my account

SCAM

only1star2

Every single survey I do tells me that I don’t qualify for it after I have answered one or two questions. I am unable to increase my Swagbucks due to it. I get maybe 5 or 6 in a day and in order to see any reward I would have to get at least 2200 SB. They make this an impossible goal. This is a scam, don’t waste your time.

I hate this app

Rickandmorty2345

I thought this would make me some money but every survey I get I fill out a couple of questions then when they want to get what they want out of me the tell me "you are not qualified for this survey" so they send me a email saying "not every one gets qualified here's 40SB just take this survey to get it" so I take the survey and I answer some question then it says right in the middle of the survey "you are not qualified for this survey"

Customer service seeks non existent

First thing I did was sign up for Hulu to get 2,000 points. Never got my points, sent a message to try and get help I only get an automated response. This seems like a scam so far. Now I’m stuck paying $5.99 for Hulu when I could have gotten a free month. RIDICULOUS!!!

Horrible mobile version

alohacalgirl

I use Swagbucks on my mobile and desktop but I have to say the mobile version is terrible. There are so many features missing on the app, you can only shop, redeem, and answer surveys. I have lost over 10 opportunities to earn SB due to the inability to use landscape mode for surveys. PLEASE FIX!

Had high hopes...

So far i not pleased with the earnings. You can start a survey giving personal info and then the survey just stops or goes away and you can’t refresh or go back. You just wasted your time and gave information for nothing in return. Also it’s literally a penny for your thoughts. Or basically pennies for facts about you and your household. Doesn’t seem worth it. Just seems like I’m giving someone personal info with hopes of being reimbursed before my identity is somehow stolen.

Don’t qualify for any surveys

PoloGod97

I don’t like this app because I never qualify for any surveys. I got kicked out of one I spent 20 minutes on. Will not waste my valuable time on this trash app again ??

It USE to be good...

First off, swagbucks themselves are legit. I’ve been paid many times and I love their website. With that being said, this app is a joke! I use to love it when it had the watch tab in it, but they took it out! Now all you can really do is answer surveys, which if you don’t qualify, you get chump change (2SB) until you hit you limit of disqualifications. Limit, what!? Yeah there’s a limit. All I want is the watch section back, with out having to download 50 apps to use all the features of one website. But until/if that happens it stays a 1* for me.

Not what it says.

I love the concept of this app and everything, but it doesn’t do what it tells you it will do. First of all, each swagbuck is equal to a penny, so one isn’t really that much. There are several surveys in the gold survey section that say if you take them, you will earn 100-300 swagbucks. The times are listed as well. I took these, which take up to 30 minutes to finish, and each one only gave me one swagbuck. I went to my total swagbucks after taking many of these and I only have 26. Also, there was a thing that said you can earn swagbucks by buying things from the stores listed, so I bought a few things but nothing. The idea of this app is great, if only it functioned properly.
