It's ok but don't expect to quit your Job.

It's nice to make a bit more extra change, but even if you get lucky and really crunch, you're only making around $1-2/hr (100-200sb) doing surveys. I can however verify this service is legit. I cashed out 300sb for a $3 Amazon card and got it within 2 days via email. It took me around 3-4 days initially to get this, surveys only. However, some things need to change in this app: I notice the iPhone x "ears" bug on my 6+ (the icons are almost off screen), the app will not rotate even of your iPhone says you can (this makes some surveys impossible) and sometimes you cannot bail from surveys that finished or no longer want to do without force restarting the app, the latter happening at least 2-3 times per hour, it gets very annoying. Maybe make a browsing icon next to < > and refresh to take you back to the list of surveys or by tapping the bottom middle tab again it will? I hope the input is valuable, and before you say, yes I know it's up to the surveys to be mobile compatable, but couldn't you allow your app to go horizontal? I would think that would solve that issue for all parties involved. I do prefer mobile friendly, but please consider this as a backup plan in case they are not mobile friendly.

I have used both this App and Swagbutton extension for Chrome to buy stuff online like 4 times last 3 months. The only time it worked was when I got 39 cents cash back. Then I proceeded to make 3 purchases with total of $1200 and hoped to get good cash back (2%-6%) on on those. Since then I have been waiting 60 days to receive SB credits for them, nothing shows up. This is the 4th attempt I’ve tried to reach their customer service for 1 order, but no agent ever responded to problem. So don’t get your hope up to high or you will feel frustrated and being tricked by them.

This is very stupid, every survey I take it says I'm not qualified, even after spending 10-15 minutes on it. How about for the people who run this app you give people surveys they can fill out, or are you to caught up in making your own money you forget about the customers who are making your money.

Can’t even login in, on the website I signed up through Facebook and there’s no option for that here, the credentials aren’t the same so I can’t log in.

The app used to be ok, but they got rid of so many of the categories that this app is pretty much only good for the daily polls at this point.

Don’t expect a lot from an app offering free money for starters. This app is by no means a form of earning comparable cash over working a regular job; it is meant to pay out in “pennies and peanuts” over opinions, watching brief adds or doing minor online shopping. It’s worth doing in my spare time even if I’m only earning a Chinese kids daily wages working in a factory sewing soccer balls or tennis shoes together. It’s still free money for literally no work! I’ve been doing this for about 10 days now, already redeemed a $25 amazon gift card for 2200SB and currently have 1000SB built back up as well as 1000SW pending as part of the 30 day sign up promo which I’ve already met the qualifications for! So now not only do I get 1.5% cash back when using my credit cards for online purchases, I get extra money back while online shopping through the SB app!

Do NOT participate in the surveys. I have been through plenty only to get kicked out in the middle of my time and I’m not even sure how much it pays you because it never says what you earned once you get kicked out. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME! I can’t see pending SB because the app does not flip horizontally. I’ve only used this app to answer the daily poll (1SB) aka (1 penny) Then one time I decided to use it for shopping and bought a plane ticket and I am still waiting for my rewards. I recommend answering the daily poll and maybe shopping. However I’m sure There are better sites that will give you more for your money. Every other way to earn 1 penny (SB) is a waste of time! Also... your help center is a joke. I’m suppose to know what Trip ID I’m talking about and how many SB I’m suppose to get, cart # like, this is your app you can go into my history and figure it out yourself. And adding photos to prove my case only collapses out the app. 1 star because the rewards are real but it is definitely a waste of time for anything requiring only a minute (excluding shopping). Could be 1000% better.

I’ve wasted hours of my time trying to take surveys that ultimately, after 20 questions, tell me I can’t take the survey on a mobile device!! Why is it even listed on this app? Super frustrating.
