I like MHO for the most part however I get alerts that I have a new message and there are none to be found. It didn’t use to be like this. Hope it is fixed.

I love being able to message my health team on this app, plus all the other perks. But, reading test result have been anxiety inducing I wish the process was different!

Very user friendly. Easy to schedule and cancel appointments. Easy to read lab results and email your doctor. ????

Very difficult to get anything done through this app in first attempt. To do simplest of the task you need to try 3-4 times. Even if you try to book an appointment or reschedule any appointment you need to try at least 2-3 times. Login experience is also not so good. Overall I am not a happy user of this buggy app.

We started SH almost a year ago. They are literally the best doctors , nurses etc in Santa Cruz. I have a lot of health issues , they jumped right in with new and better treatments and tests. The doctors and staff are Friendly but professional I was terrified to start new doctors but SH put all my fears to rest. Thank you

The medical information for me is not kept current. I had my diabetic eye exam done several weeks ago. I asked the Dr to fax it to my primary care physician. Additionally, I hand delivered a copy to their office since it was only one block away. My online account is still showing that my eye exam is overdue. I want my medical information kept current!
