They have made what was a simple easy to use app a frustrating experience. It tosses you around like a beachball.

MHO application is easy to use. I do wish the the easy arrival questions were available to the walk- in clinic since I had to fill in the same questions when arriving at walk-in clinic. The staff said the easy arrival questions on MHO were not accessible to them at my last visit.

I think the online part of this is a very very good it helps the patients and families learn more about what’s going on quicker and without trying to bother the staff all the time. Also helps with check in and check out all kinds of stuff so I like it.

I really like MHO however I feel it would be beneficial to be able to see the doctors note on my file to be better able to manage my health also to be able to disagree with said notes. Thank you

MHO is Great, however the telemedicine video feature in MHO is not! Use FACETIME instead or another product for Telemedicine appointments!

It messages me over and over of new messages or after visit summaries when there are none.

My Health Online has honestly made it easy to be healthy. I can email my primary care physician any time day or night and get a response in a timely manner. I schedule all my appointments from the app, and I even get notified about my upcoming immunizations and test results making it my one stop shop for all things health. I recommend it to anyone.

Significant improvements since my previous review

Now supports FaceId or fingerprint authentication. Much slicker interface. Clicking on notifications takes you to the message or lab results (usually). Summary of latest info whether messages, bills, appointments for one or more people is very helpful. Improvements could be made for the lab history view, providing a better way to see the trends over time. Overall, great app.

The app has some good features such as being able to message providers and make appointments. Billing is a little unclear from the home page and most of all wish you could up load photos to send to doctors!!
