The app is still crashing immediately after launch. This has been happening for over a month now and no one has done anything about it. Is this app even still active? I had 30$ saved up on here from over a year of usage.
No coupon codes

Mostly the app works, but half the places I’ve tried to use a coupon won’t let me because there’s no coupon code or barcode for them to scan. It’s super annoying and I hate to raise hell and ask for a manager over $1, but I especially hate when the cashier tries to tell me it’s a fake coupon. Ok bro, you’re gonna get a bad survey lol. The UX needs to be updated. Each coupon should have specific instructions like “When you tap redeem, a bar code (or coupon code) will appear on the screen.” Then the users will know what to expect instead of blindly pushing redeem, then sometimes getting a code and sometimes not.

This app used to open and operate on my ph me without problems. Even with this new update, this app doesn’t open at all on my phone! :(

I really like this app and get a lot of surveys. I just wish they would give PayPal gift cards. The cards they give out are nice but for me, the money would be more useful if I could use it on bills, not going out to eat

I used to use this app all the time, because I had surveys to do all the time. Now that I've saved up a TON of points (and still saving so I can get that GOOD gift card), I never receive any survey offers. I check it all the time, there are no surveys for me to do. Where did all the surveys go? Come on guys fix your app.

I have did up to 238 surveys , right ? And i was suppose to receive a 25.00 gift card to KROGER .. i emailed them after about 2 weeks when i supposed to have been received my giftcard and they told me well it must have gotten lost in the mail and we will remail it through usps and somebody has to sign for it .. well guess what still haven’t received anything so i deleted the app and won’t refer nobody else to use it

Wow. As soon as I build up enough points for a $50 gift card the app conveniently NEVER opens. I’m livid. I completed all those surveys for absolutely no reason. Completely unjust and unfair. ?????? Update: I reinstalled and now I have 0 points but have completed 284 surveys?!! Completely ridiculous and unacceptable. ?
