Still needs some improvements

D_Roam

This app is mostly good but is hampered by a few missing/broken features. Crucial fixes: 1. Please properly integrate the app with the iPhone playback controls so that play/pause and skip next/previous work in the places they should (lock screen, control center, in-line headphone control, Bluetooth controls, etc.). Right now, none of these work. 2 Swiping from the left edge should go back, not open the main menu list. Only swiping to the right from the title area should bring up the main menu. Both of these are standard functionality throughout iOS and all properly-made iOS apps, and they need to function properly in SugarSync. Suggestions: 1. Add the ability to create "Favorites" so I can get to folders I access often on my phone with a single tap, rather than 6 or 7. 2. Add a "Now Playing" list that I can add music files to, so I can create a playlist of files I want to play rather than having to manually pick each song after the current one ends. 3. Add a way to see the full title of files too long to fit in the screen. 4. After doing a search, why can’t I do anything with the files that are found? I can’t swipe to the left like I can when navigating my folders to add the files to my Offline, rename or move them, etc. Please add this functionality.

Formatting not good

RoniJ22

Formatting hasn’t kept up with new IOS. When you open a file the close button is overplayed and unusable. Have to close entire App and start again to see another file.

Decent app, good overall backup platform

freeman123

Been using it for a few years, it’s a great cross OS platform for backup and file sharing. Developer fix: with iPhone X the menu buttons at the top don’t work, I have to turn the phone to horizontal to go back or open a menu. Please fix!

Excellent app!

OMG its AliA

I used this app to store music videos and audio files. The 5GB of storage is ample amount for a free user. The looks of the app is professional and manageable. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to free up storage on your device!

Will loss your stuff

Had for years worked ok. Poor customer support no phone number. Not user friendly After last update computer, app, and online work poorly. Slowed the computer down. Ended up deleting years of work while working in one file it was deleting others. No help from sync. Deleted by unknown user and unavailable file path. All files gone not on app, computer or site. Don't use unless u r willing to lose everything and pay for that to happen and have program slow computer down to a crawl while using it.

Forgotten app?

Ahhhhhh!!!!!!!

What happened to the development team? App keeps crashing on iOS 10 and search no longer works at all. Can't copy folders. Come on guys... What are we paying for???

Awful customer support, SugarSync makes it a huge hassle to cancel

The Jeon's

This is the kind of company that sneakily puts you on annual auto pay, then refuses to refund your money. That makes it sound like there's actual contact with the company. No, you just get template replies from the live chat. Plus, I don't know what their business model is anymore since they're paid services don't offer anything better or beyond other cloud services. And since Apple now syncs desktop and documents across devices, sugarsync has nothing to offer, except a general sleaziness.
