Terrible customer service

This cloud storage was included when I purchased IPVanish. After 1 week it would not allow me to access my cloud storage anymore. It says that my account has been disabled when I try to sign in. I sent email to customer support and so far no response. I called and only option is to leave a voicemail. No response. I call sales and they answered right away but would only transfer me to support voicemail. Nice way to treat your customer after the sale.

I had used Sugar Sync for a year or so and when the opportunity came about to use IP Vanish along with Sugar Sync for a month for free I went for it. At the end of the month I no longer wanted IP Vanish and canceled the service. However this deleted all 125GB of pictures and videos. 125GB OF PICTURES GONE!!! Absolutely worthless.
Unique for its feature

I am a big user of multiple cloud services , including drop box , google drive , and iCloud and each one of them serves a different purpose for me. I prefer the convenience of sugar sync as it maintains my current computer folder structure while backing it up. This in my opinion is it’s unique capability that makes it my go to cloud service for general file storage.

I have been trying for 2 years to stop the automatic renewal and just got billed again. Copy paste email response from someone who is clearly not even reading my question. About system problems. So I now Will dispute with my cc. Very disappointing. This used to be a great app back in the day.

Tha app looses track of the background upload in iOS. You cannot be sure that your upload was done correctly and that your files are backed-up in the cloud. Terrible, as it is the single most important part of the app for me. The windows software consumes an enormous ammount of cpu cycles. All and all, a mediocre solution.

This app has not opened without problems in over a year! What is the point of cloud storage you can't access? Right now it won't even open at all, just disappears as soon as you tap on the app.
