Still great, but annoying update glitch

It used to be great until they broke it in a recent update. App wouldn’t even open after that update. I had to delete the app and reinstall it to fix the problem. It’s great for being to access files on the move or just away from your desk. I really am a fan of SugarSync’s cloud services. Their apps generally work super smooth.

These folks are sleazy, as evidenced by their clever and desperate attempt to make money by making unsubscribing nearly impossible. There are plenty of other, more ethical cloud services.

The app worked well until the developer unleashed version 4.7.0 on unsuspecting users. The app crashes before opening.

OK so I've use this app a few times now, and it's cool. Although I started using it in 2014, when I made the first account although I don't use that account anymore, although I use a new one. It's pretty easy to upload stuff as well, as well as accessing folders a lot of other stuff. However, I have noticed that on some of my videos that I watch on the app, there have been times where there are random pauses, and even when they're good Wi-Fi/or cellular connection. But that doesn't happen on all of my videos though. Right now I'm using this app on an iPhone 7 running iOS 11 with latest Version. Hopefully you can fix that too! Also I like how you added support for files app, since I think that's useful too. Because then I can look at stuff for select file remove them if I need to because of storage issues. Also, you should be able to share public links within the app as well, not just on your website though. Overall this seems pretty good. Nice job!
Not Usable on iPhone X

Because of a serious UI issue, it’s not usable on iPhone X. Specifically, can’t close any opened file. I’ve been using SugarSync for years. Disappointing that they haven’t fix this issue even months after release of iPhone X.
Does not work properly with iPhone X

When you tap to view a photo, document or any other item that’s been synced, the button to back out or close out of that screen overlaps with the area in the top left corner of your iPhone X that shows the time and it’s impossible to go back and so you have to force quit the app each time. Please fix this.

As another reviewer wrote, this company makes it nearly impossible to cancel. When you finally do cancel, they will not refund your money. There defense is that it’s “their policy”. Way overpriced service which only works half the time. Look elsewhere and save your time and money.
