iOS update coming?

Have loved this app for awhile but with the new IOS 13 update it seems to only work 50% of the time. Is there an update coming to make it more compatible with the new IOS update?

Sugarmate is the only way currently to consistently have blood sugar data on my Apple Watch. Thank you so much to everyone involved in the sugarmate app- words cannot express how much a tiny improvement in QOL makes me happier when it comes to dealing with T1. Much love.

This app is great. I love how it shows how much my blood sugars have changed in the last five minutes. It worked great for a few months, but the past couple months have been hit or miss. Half of the time, my Apple Watch will say “no more events” and I’ll have to open the calendar app on my phone to refresh it and send it to my watch. This is super frustrating because it defeats the purpose of having my sugars on my watch if it’s such a hassle. Maybe this app needs an update to match up with the newest iOS 13? Please give us an update!! We love you guys, but this isn’t working very well lately!!

I’m leaving this at 5 stars simply because this is an amazing app, it ties into my inpen, it ties into Strava, it was working flawlessly on my apple watch 4 until the last update my phone did. Please update it to work perfect again if possible, I don’t know how to fix it outside of rebooting the phone when it drops from the apple watch, it picks back up and works great for a while.

I am so happy to have sugarmate connect to my Apple Watch and CarPlay! I also love seeing the +/- since data!!! Sooooo AMAZING! Thank you!!! Having this data easy to see brings peace of mind monitoring my T1.

Sugarmate offers super statistics at a glance to help you stay in targeted range, see progress and make adjustments accordingly. Excellent app. A1c estimates are typically spot-on accurate. . Easy to use, super helpful info tracking. T1 is a lot to manage; SugarMate makes managing easier.
Great tool for diabetes management!

Using this app to view my Dex data has been such a key tool in my ability to manage my glocose levels. The graph is easy see at a glance where I’m at, but the data detail has been a major factor in helping me reduce my A1c and increase my time in range. It easily lets me compare the last day, last week, last month, or last 90 days of many points my endo watches, and the estimated 90 day A1c is pretty much spot on. Seeing it change encourages me to do the best I can to manage well.
