Works as advertised. There are a few weird things it too a second to figure out but completely solves my issues and allows me to check my email anywhere now without a laptop!

Spotty at best

RichGroen

For webmail, I constantly receive the message “bad connection to server” and have not been able to log on for three days. Disappointing.

Not working on iPhone

jasonabullard

No matter how many times I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled this app it just won’t work. At first I thought it was my iPhone 6 but after upgrading to an 8 the same lack of functionality was evident. When the pop up appears asking to select a certificate nothing is read from the card so I can’t select a cert. The app works fine on iPad so to me it seems this app is not fully compatible with iPhones.

Useless specially after update.

Pikuko

Before update 4.0 the app was buggy and it took some time to load but at least it opened. Now it doesn’t even open. This is my third review and Developer keep saying please email us and reach us over the phone; when I do so and give them the logs all I get in response is “ It’s an Apple Issue that we are working with them to correct” or I get the typical everything seems fine. Please do yourself a favor don’t waste your money.

Junk

Hyperion Overlord Magentus XI

I have only had the PKard Reader and the Sub Rosa app for a short period, and I am already absolutely sick of it. As anyone can see from the other reviews, sometimes it works great and sometimes it doesn't work at all. A product that is all over the place when it comes to performance is just not reliable and will almost certainly fail when you need it the most. I have been on the telephone with support consistently since I plugged in, and even the tech guys were largely stumped. We tried several things, some of them multiple times, until after about 20 minutes something finally worked after I unplugged the reader and plugged it back in. That is NOT a solution for a quality product. I specifically asked if I was going to have to go through the same nonsense every time I tried using the product, and the reply was a hesitating, "Well, you shouldn't...". You're darn right I shouldn't, but I do...and that is why I gave a single star. I am sure anyone reading this review can tell that I have had it up to my ears with this nonsense.

Good app, but needs better UI (Feels Dated)

Seacap08

The app itself is a good working solution for those who need to access systems that require a smart card login. However, the UI on this app is pretty awful. It is not very intuitive and could definitely use a refresh to follow the Apple design flow much better. The current UI feels like something you would expect on the original iPhone.
