The app, hardware and the support you get from the company is outstanding. I use pKard Reader on my MacBook Pro and sub Rosa on my iPad. Tech support is spot on and quick to respond; the company personnel in general are friendly and patient. This is one of the few companies I enjoy doing business with.

I love being able to get on my web outlook in a streamlined fashion. One request! Please add the functionality of saving a document to iCloud or Dropbox from the enhanced email browser, or a quick button that takes you to the same email not in the enhanced look so you can save it. If you click the globe, you have to go back and find the email you were in to locate the attachent :(

Received my card reader and installed the software. No complaints and I am finally able to access my military outlook emails from the house or when I'm TDY on my iPad instead of carrying a laptop with me.

Forced to pay for update

If I update to newest version, it will not work with my tactivo card reader and tries to get me to pay huge amount for sub rosa pro. This is terrible. I am lucky to have backed up the previous version.

Great product. Works as advertised, able to view my enterprise mail, able to log in to EES system to view/sign NCOers. I ordered my reader on a Friday and received it on Monday, great company.
OWA Works! Also other sites like ATAAPS

Update: I upgraded stars because I believe it is DEE OWA or the PKI infrastructure that is buggy. I select the certificate, a error happens, I retype or click the book mark to OWA and then I'm in. Good program. Works on iPad Pro and iPhone 6. Works for most sites except for the one I really want, OWA. Errors trying to log in. Also, I not sure how Enhanced OWA client does but nothing happens when touching the envelope
