Come on!

Ridiculous fees. Can’t wait until some startup blows up Stubhub.

Problems updating prices

Hhjgvyfv

Having significant issue trying to update prices on my tickets

Didn’t deliver tickets as promised

Bach_is_the_king

I recently bought tickets last minute on Stub Hub with mobile delivery - rather than delivery direct to the Stub Hub app, they forced me to create a Ticketmaster account using the same email address to accept delivery to that account - very inconvenient as this address wasn’t immediately available. I am deleting the app and will find other ways to buy tickets. Fees are outrageous as well, they just keep going up. Good Riddance Stub Hub!

Fees

Cor.kz

Hate that stubhub doesn’t include fees in the price you see. I’m not sure how anyone has a good experience when they find out their cost will be another $150/seat

Thank You

Awesome App!!

App is Great-hidden fees are bogus

ClintEvans

Nearly a $30 fee per ticket is pretty awful, include that in the ticket price.

Fees have become 30% of tickets. Soon a competitor like seat geek will be cheaper/better.

Getting a little too big for their britches. Fees too high

The best

Ewjohnson4

By far the best & easiest to use ticket app.

Super Easy and Reliable

Crazy Excalibur

I used this app all College Football Season. It’s easy to use, very reliable and can email your tickets. Never had any issues. The one time I tried another service/app, SeatGeek. It was a nightmare. It let me buy tickets that the next day told me weren’t available. So I bought different seats, only for the same thing to happen. This happened a 3rd time, then I came back to Stub Hub. I will never try another service just to save a couple bucks.

New app version

Way too difficult to get your tickets. Such a hassle considering looking elsewhere. Always loved StubHub before this.
