Good app, bad updates

Newest version of this useful app removed the warm-up calculator. I assume this is to push the premium version. Why take away functions which were already in the free version?!?!? Prices for the pro version are outrageous too. It's a glorified spreadsheet, I'm not paying $6 a month

Can give you a workout routine or you can do your own. Perfect for recording your own workouts and tracking your progress. Only even better is I wish there were more exercises.

This is an awesome app if you know what you’re doing and just want to track it. I wouldn’t suggest it for someone just starting to workout but one tip is always remember to delete a workout you don’t do and fill out everything you do complete. If there’s any blank spots it will make you discard your progress.

One of the best apps for logging your weight training. Support is very responsive. My recommendation is to add some intelligence in developing workouts. For example, I’d like to know if I’m doing too many of the same exercise. (Perhaps, add some meta to exercises indicating their target muscle groups?) The reports are good, but more real-time metrics would be very helpful. For example, if I’m close to reaching a record/goal, notify me of that and how many more sets/weight would help me get there. Those are just some ideas, Thanks for the great work so far.

The app is easy to customize and gives you great flexibility to tweak your workout as you go. When I travel for work it’s impossible to find a gym with all the equipment I’m used to, so being able to replace an exercise with a comparable one has made working out while away a lot more manageable!

App deleting exercises I don’t do from workouts

I love this app. It makes it really easy to keep track of my workout routines. However, since the last update, it has some really annoying features. First, if you progress in some exercises but don’t advance in others, you still want to save your best sets. But, if you hit replace workout, for the exercise you did worse on, it replaces your highest record with the low set you just performed. Secondly, if there are exercises in a workout that you skip for that day and you hit replace workout, it drops those exercises from your saved workout so they don’t show up the next time you perform it.
