One of my biggest barriers to weight lifting was the idea that I have to keep track of so many different exercises and weights and reps. Math is not my strength. Strong app solved it all!! I use at gym and just created a workout for dumbbells at home! so easy. love it.

Finally, a workout app that has everything you need, without all the nonsense you don’t need. Strong helps you track literally every metric you should monitor during your training. If you have never used a workout app, or have never tracked your training, this is where you need to start. I use this app with all of my clients and of course for my own training.

I have used 3-4 other workout apps and this is the best. Easy to add lifts not in the library and change things on the fly if there is an old man hanging out on the the rear delt fly machine for an hour

I love the new exercise description feature. It’s very helpful and saves a bunch of time, and has introduced me to new exercises I didn’t know about.

I have been using this app around two years I believe, and it has experienced a steady decline in quality, and an increase of bugs and crashes. With the latest update it drains your battery very quickly. I have it running for about an hour to an hour and a half daily, and it uses roughly 30% of the juice. Seems a little crazy for a stopwatch and exercise log.
