Great for advanced lifters – Strong Workout Tracker Gym Log Review

This is an awesome app if you know what you’re doing and just want to track it. I wouldn’t suggest it for someone just starting to workout but one tip is always remember to delete a workout you don’t do and fill out everything you do complete. If there’s any blank spots it will make you discard your progress.
