Can't pay with the app

Many times I've been trying to pay on the app because I'm away from the computer or I'm away from home and I can't never use the app to make the payment, regardless if I'm on time or late, as a customer we should be able to do so. I always have to open my browser instead to make the payment. What's the point then?

When I have finger print Id set to access the app I should not have to answer security questions all the time. It's annoying.
Hasnt worked since 7/8/16 update

Today is 7/13/16 and its still not loaded or working. I cant even delete what I had to reload it.

It frequently says the login is not working wait 24 hours or call a number. It's been a week and the app still won't let me login. Very frustrating when I need to pay my bill.

Just installed the app and after an initial bank account setup via my PC I can now pay from the app. ApplePay is also one of the payment options. The other thing I like is that I now have the latest car/motor insurance paper at hand.

If I could give this app zero stars I would. It's very disappointing compared to Geico's mobile app. You can't even make a payment on it. What's the point in even having an app when it redirects you to the website to do anything. State Farm needs to reinvent this immediately, it's a waste of time.

Terrible customer service, accompanied with a terrible phone application. I ll be closing my account with this Bank. State Farm insurance is great but their credit card services and customer service is sub par!
No logins without confirmation number...

Worse app since 7/8/2016. Every single time I try to login ask for verification code. Is really annoying have to verify my device 3 or 4 time a day!!
