Touch ID doesn't always recognize you so wish can you offer a pin code login option. Wish I could also see Life Policy details on the Mobile Apps. Yes like others we need to be able to see our insurance card in Passbook. But otherwise great App.

Ok

How come the only option is to pay the full bill?

Very nearly 4 stars. Need 50/50 payment option

WizardGns

App is great and love the fact you can use TouchID to login now. Would totally upgrade to 4 stars if 50/50 payment option were available in app. If it's currently available it's not entirely obvious.

Security overboard

Madinalabama

Let me decide when it's time to change my password. Don't force.

Works near flawlessly

Access to most everything and easy to use. Only wish you didn't need to verify with a text so often.

Every single time I log in now I have to verify myself !! I'm getting so sick of this !!

Useful app except...

I like having access to my insurance card on the today screen. I don't like having my State Farm agent's name and picture there. I'm sure my agent's is a great guy but I don't need to see him 10 times a day when I check this screen.

Simple app to use

I love the app! My only wish is that I could make my loan payments via app also!

Because of app, I have to appear in court

Perry-Marshall

App showed expired insurance card to police officer. I had no idea why, since my insurance is up to date. He gave me a ticket for having no insurance and now I have to appear in court. Turns out if you don't do a fresh login it shows the old card instead of the current one.
