While I rather enjoyed the quick access, awesome customer service, and turn around time of State Farm associates, the photo session is a huge headache. I think if you allow your valued customers to simply upload photos from their phone, this would become a REMARKABLE tool for your brand. That fact that you have to take the photos within the app itself is a turn off. Other than that it’s a great asset and I will use it again if I had to. Your agents are awesome and all other aspects of my damage from the rental car to its delivery were very well handled and in a very timely manner?❤️?
Easy to use, saves time

A great app that was easy to use. The only issue I found that I couldn’t resolve and I had to end up manually taking the photo was with the VIN scan. Could not get that to work.

The app was great only giving it a 4 star because each time you go out the app you have start all over again. Also, I was not able to submit the email estimate I received from the body shop because it does not give the option to add an attachment only photos.
