Taking Photos within the app – State Farm® Pocket Estimate Review

While I rather enjoyed the quick access, awesome customer service, and turn around time of State Farm associates, the photo session is a huge headache. I think if you allow your valued customers to simply upload photos from their phone, this would become a REMARKABLE tool for your brand. That fact that you have to take the photos within the app itself is a turn off. Other than that it’s a great asset and I will use it again if I had to. Your agents are awesome and all other aspects of my damage from the rental car to its delivery were very well handled and in a very timely manner?❤️?
