Ez to use, fast way to submit a claim, have not made it through my entire claim process so I can’t give an honest review for that part. But as for submitting its a Great way to file a claim. Oh, had some trouble with the vin scan, but used the work around n took a pic from the driver door sticker.

First time using this ap and it was fairly easy. It wasn’t able to scan the VIN number but provided an alternative way to put in the information needed. Also I thought I only had to put in pictures of the damaged part of my car but learned pictures all around the car was needed to show other parts were not damaged from the accident that occurred.
Low estimate

I was hit by someone insured with State Farm. The estimate from the App came in under 2k. That seemed low so I took to a body shop, one approved by State Farm, and they estimated $4800. I think this app is an attempt by State Farm to pull a fast one.

Easy to use -love the convenience of being able to do on my time-not have to find time or schedule an appointment with a body shop-love that feature! Hopefully I won’t have to use again but great to know it is such an easy process!
