Yes the app may work great. I will never use this again!! If you have a decent amount of damage to your car, it’s imperative to have an actual person do the estimate. My car was parked and hit on my back driver’s side bumper and was side swiped into the front of the driver’s side. I have no headlight, no horn, hood is dented, and my door is bent. I submit the pictures and all the estimate the damage to be for the back bumper that’s scratched. They ignored everything I stated when I called and filed and the most important pictures I sent over. Worst experience ever while dealing with a stressful situation.

Good app, very easy to use, if you close out of the app you have to do the 3D model again but the pictures of your accident save and the 3D model doesn’t. It would be nice if the 3D model would save

Followed instructions and did work well. Just the light for the dent did not light up at first, did realized later that you had to click on it. But over all easy to use and save a trip to the shop.

This app was quick and easy to use once you figure it out. There should be a more thorough tutorial/video on how to note damages etc. to the vehicle. There should also be a way to go back in the app and make changes to pictures and/or the comments section however once you’ve submitted the pics/notes that’s it you can’t go back in. So make sure you don’t need to make any changes before you submit at the end.
